To My Dearest, Sweetest Little Angel Boy,
I haven’t met you yet, but I already love you so much. You will be born in only three days (eeek!), as you are really big like your daddy, so the doctors want you to come out a bit earlier than planned. We are so excited! It just means we get to meet you sooner!
I wonder what you look like. Your brother Wally is a complete clone of Daddy, and Tori is a little mini-me…but what will you be? My hair has been going more and more strawberry through the pregnancy…will you be a red head? Or will you and Wally be nearly identical? I think you will be like Wally, as he and Daddy are so similar, even down to facial expressions…your Daddy seems to have very strong genes!
Wally and Tori are so excited for you to come into the world and are praying that you ‘come out very quickly’. That scares me a bit so I always get them to pray that you come out safe and healthy!
They both have such big plans for you! Tori can’t wait to carry you around and Wally wants to teach you to ride a bike. They both say they will bring me nappies and wipes when I need them, and Tori has been asking if I need a drink a few times a day which is the sweetest thing. So she will be the one to bring me a drink every time I feed you.
They both cuddle my tummy and say they love you all the time. Wally asks if you can hear him and Tori loves feeling you kick. You have kicked them both in the head a few times already. Please don’t continue this when you come out…I don’t think they will like it as much! 😂
Daddy is also super excited for you to come. Both he and I are amazed at how strong you are and how much you kick, move, squirm, wriggle and bounce around. Much more than when the twins were in my tummy! I think they made it nice and roomy for you!
Last night Daddy said it was like watching and feeling a thunderstorm from space and my tummy was the earth! I couldn’t think of a word to describe it more accurately. It was like thunder and lightning everywhere! You will be our little thunderstorm I’m sure!
As for me, I am sooo ready for you to come out! Well, my body is ready, and the house is getting ready, but I’m not sure about my mind and memory… I’m very sorry if you were hoping to be the third child. I fear it will be a lot like being my first child all over again as I have forgotten everything! Absolutely everything! So if you could help out a bit by being the perfect baby…I’d totally appreciate it! Like, we will buy you your first car if you can be a perfect baby. As for Wally and Tori, they aren’t getting a car, or they are definitely sharing, because they were not easy babies… not like you…you will be perfect 😁
In all seriousness, I’m hoping it will all come back to me, for your sake as well as mine! And if it doesn’t, I will read books, google everything, and do whatever I can to help us survive this next chapter together. Whatever happens, we will be in it together. All of us. All the way!
We love you little mister, and we hope we can decide on your name when you arrive!
