Ok so these might be my favourite protein balls yet! So simple and so yummy! These photos aren’t great, but I just wanted to get the recipe up for you guys, and get back into blogging again for me! Make sure you tag me in your recreations!
Ingredients:
200g Cashews
100g Oats
100g Dates
100g A Yummy Vanilla Protein Powder
100g Peanut Butter
70g Coconut Oil (Possibly less….add cautiously…)
Shredded coconut to coat
Method: Blitz Cashews, Oats, Dates and Protein Powder in a blender first, then add Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil and blitz until creamy.
Roll into balls and cover with shredded coconut.
Enjoy!
